We built Viral Ads Maker to collect as little personal data as possible.
Your photos and projects
Product photos, text and projects are processed and stored only in your browser on your device (IndexedDB). They are never uploaded to our servers.
What we store on our servers
- Orders: order code, plan, amount, payment method and status, the license key in hashed form, and — if you provide them — your email and the payer name/phone/reference you give us for a Whish transfer. For Whish Pay, Whish may tell us the paying phone number. We keep order records for accounting and fraud prevention.
- Support tickets: your name, email and messages, so we can answer you.
- Anonymous usage statistics: pages viewed, referrer website, country (from the network), device type and editor events such as “export started”. Visitors are counted with a daily-rotating anonymous hash of the IP address and browser; the IP address itself is not stored and the hash cannot be linked across days. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
- Error reports: technical error messages from the editor, to fix bugs.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use tracking cookies. Your browser stores your license key(s) and your current project locally so the editor works. The admin area uses a strictly necessary session cookie.
Service providers
The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database). Payments are processed by Whish Money under its own privacy policy. Optional owner notifications may be delivered through Telegram.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or delete your order or ticket data through the support form, subject to records we must keep for accounting.
