Because you can preview every ad and export a watermarked version for free before buying, HD credits are generally non-refundable once used. We will refund you when:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- an HD export does not work on a supported browser and we cannot fix the problem;
- you bought credits and have not used any of them, within 14 days of purchase.
How to ask
Open a ticket on the support page with your order code. Refunds are sent back through Whish to the paying account. We reply within 3 business days.
