These terms apply when you use Viral Ads Maker (“the service”, “we”), a browser-based tool for creating short video ads, operated from Lebanon. By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
You can create and preview ads for free and export watermarked 720×1280 videos. HD exports (1080×1920, no watermark) require credits. Video rendering happens in your own browser; results depend on your device and browser.
2. Credits and license keys
- Credits are sold in packs shown on the pricing page. One HD export uses one credit. If an HD export fails, you can retry within 2 hours without using another credit.
- Credits are attached to a license key. Keep your key private — anyone with it can use your credits. We can re-issue a key for remaining credits on request.
- Credits do not expire and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as described in the refund policy.
3. Payment
Payments are handled by Whish Money. We never ask for or store your card number, CVV or Whish PIN. Credits are delivered only after the payment is confirmed — automatically for Whish Pay, or after a manual check for Whish transfers.
4. Your content and the videos you make
- You keep all rights to the photos and text you add. They stay on your device; we do not upload or store them.
- You may use the videos you export for any lawful purpose, including paid advertising. The music generated by the service is original and licensed to you for use in your exported videos.
- You are responsible for your content: you must own or have permission to use your photos and brand names, and your prices, offers, claims and reviews must be truthful. Do not create misleading, unlawful, hateful or infringing ads.
- You may not resell, copy or redistribute the templates or the service itself.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or bypass the service’s security, payment checks or credit system.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features or prices; purchased credits keep their value.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for the results of your advertising.
