Is Viral Ads Maker free?
Yes. Previews are unlimited and free exports are 720×1280 with a small “Made with Viral Ads Maker” watermark. HD exports (1080×1920, no watermark) use credits: $5 for 1 HD ad or $9 for a pack of 5.
Do I need an account?
No sign-up is needed. When you buy credits you get a license key (VAM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX). It is saved in your browser automatically — keep a copy so you can use your credits on another device.
Are my product photos uploaded anywhere?
No. Photos are processed and rendered inside your browser and never leave your device. Your project is autosaved only on this device.
What video format do I get?
A 12-second vertical 9:16 MP4 (H.264 video, AAC music when your browser supports audio encoding). Free exports are 720×1280; HD exports are 1080×1920 — the resolution TikTok, Reels and Shorts recommend.
Where can I post the videos?
Anywhere that accepts vertical video: TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, Snapchat and WhatsApp Status. Turn on the safe-zone guide in the editor to keep text clear of each app’s buttons.
Can I use the videos in paid ads?
Yes. Videos you export are yours to use commercially, including paid ads. The built-in music is composed by the app itself, so it is royalty-free. You are responsible for the photos, prices and claims you add — only use genuine reviews and real offers.
How do I pay?
Checkout uses Whish Money’s secure payment page: pay with any Visa or Mastercard, or with your Whish account. Your card details are entered only on Whish’s page, never on this site. Credits are added only after the payment is confirmed.
I paid but my credits are not showing yet.
Payments are checked by hand, usually within a few hours (Beirut time). Keep your order link — the page updates by itself once the payment is confirmed and shows your license key. If it takes longer than 24 hours, open a support ticket with your order code.
I lost my license key.
Open your order link on the device you bought on — the key is shown there. Otherwise open a support ticket with your order code and the name or number you paid from, and we will re-issue a new key for your remaining credits.
The export failed or my browser is not supported.
Use the latest Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, keep the tab open and visible while exporting, and close other heavy tabs. If an HD export fails, your credit is kept: retry within 2 hours at no extra cost.
My video has no sound.
Some browsers cannot encode audio. The editor tells you when this happens — your video is still fine, and you can add a sound inside TikTok, Instagram or YouTube before posting.
Can I get a refund?
If an HD export does not work and we cannot fix it, or you were charged twice, we refund the payment. See the refund policy for details.
Can I write in Arabic or French?
Yes. Arabic, French and English text are supported, including right-to-left layout for Arabic.
How does background removal work?
Photos with a white or plain background are cut out automatically so the product “floats” in the design. You can switch it off or adjust its strength per photo. Transparent PNGs work best.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused HD credits never expire.
Can I edit an ad after exporting?
Yes. Your project is autosaved on this device, so you can change text or photos and export again. Each new HD export uses one credit.
